What is Your Cancellation or Rescheduling Policy?
To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide at least 4 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations. Appointments cancelled with less than 4 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the service. Your understanding and respect for this policy is appreciated.

What is the Booking Process?
Simply email, text, WhatsApp, or call to arrange a time. Rachel will follow up with a brief phone introduction and a few health questions to ensure you receive the best massage possible. Your appointment is confirmed once the credit card deposit has been received. The remaining balance can then be paid in person by cash or card.
Does Your Studio Offer Free Parking?
Yes. There is free parking available at the studio. Please note the terrain is uneven, so comfortable shoes are recommended.
Do You Offer Gift Certificates?
Yes! Beautifully printed gift certificates are available, offering a thoughtful way to share the experience of massage and relief with those you care about.
Do You Offer Any Services of a Personal Nature?
No sex! Any requests for inappropriate or non-therapeutic services will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of the session, with full payment required. Professionalism and mutual respect are non-negotiable.
